Cleaning Process

Our cleaning process begins with a full inspection of each rug to determine make, fiber content, condition, any possible repairs needed and any other special considerations for that particular rug. Our Wool Safe process is the finest available. All rugs are expertly cleaned by hand at our climate controlled facility in Flagstaff. Some cleaners do not self perform & ship rugs off site for cleaning by other companies. No subcontracting here! We treat each rug as if it were our own.
